shipping and return policy

Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are displayed in your shopping bag at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.

We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. (Holiday shipments and orders may have delays) Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted within 30 days of order ship date. Items must arrive back in their original condition and each must have all original hang tags and hygienic liners still attached (no exceptions)

Exchanges for different size or item - While your original shipping fees are non-refundable we offer free shipping on all exchanges!
